Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

We take great care in quality checks and packaging. Returns or refunds are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images or videos for verification.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Once approved, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations or returns for reasons such as personal preference, size issues, or color expectations will not be accepted.
